Please Note: Each press pass request is carefully reviewed and considered.
NOT ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE APPROVED. Complimentary press tickets and press/photo passes are limited. Please also note that by submitting the below form does not serve as a confirmation that you have been granted media credentials. If you meet all of the specified required criteria, you will receive a confirmation within three weeks of applying. The deadline for applying is July 10th. Applications received after July 10th will not be considered.

***College newspapers, web-based publications, and radio stations can send writers/dj's only. We will not be granting photo passes to college photographers, website photographers, or dj's. Certain special circumstances will be reviewed and decided upon on an individual basis. Only photographers with SLR, interchangeable lens cameras will be allowed into the photo pits. There will be no 'point and shoot' cameras permitted.

CRITERIA FOR APPLYING FOR PRESS CREDENTIALS

RADIO:
If you are a radio DJ and would like to be considered for media passes for this years Reggae Rising Music Festival please contact me and let me know when we can schedule an interview on your show. In order to get the word out we need as much radio promotion as possible. If you have already been promoting Reggae Rising Music Festival please send in a copy of your most recent radio show in which you promoted this years festival. Please also let us know the name of your radio show and what day(s) and time(s) it airs as well as the contact information for the radio station and program director.

PRESS:
If you are a news journalist and would like to be considered for media passes for this years Reggae Rising Music Festival we need to have a story in advance of the show if possible. Please let us know what the approximate date(s) RRMF coverage will run. IMPORTANT: An editor�s letter (emailed to yhendrix@reggaerising.com) is required for all affiliated freelance photographers and writers. We will not accept ANY applications from freelance photographers or writers who are not officially on assignment for a publication.

TELEVISION:
If you are a television journalist and would like to be considered for media passes for this years Reggae Rising Music Festival please let us know what the approximate air date(s) will be, the name of the show, as well as contact information for the station and news/entertainment director.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
College newspapers, web-based publications, and radio stations can send writers/DJ's only. We will not be granting photo passes to college photographers or website photographers. Certain special circumstances will be reviewed and decided upon on an individual basis. Only photographers with SLR, interchangeable lens cameras will be allowed into the photo pits. There will be no 'point and shoot' cameras permitted.

We will not be accepting applications from filmmakers. If you are affiliated with a band, you must obtain entry and passes through that band.
