KBong unveils “Open My Eyes” video | Top Shelf Reggae

Stick Figure keyboardist and influential solo artist, KBong, is making waves once again with his latest music video for "Open My Eyes" – a love song about living in the now. Walking along lavish and lush landscapes, KBong journeys across Hawaii in the video, taking in its innate beauty as if for the first time. It's time to appreciate the color, the artistry, the exquisite world we live in.

It's time to appreciate the color, the artistry, the exquisite world we live in.

With lyrics like "I'll be alright as long as I'm with you", it's clear that KBong is enlightened... but, toward what? Nature? A woman? Whatever the cause, KBong has a muse making him "wide awake and livin'" in his happy place. From the rolling surf to the dense Hawaiian forests, KBong journeys along barefoot, enjoying serenity through newfound, yet welcoming eyes. And, just like walking out of a dark cave, your eyes have to adjust to the bold brightness of this video!

"Open My Eyes" features instrumentals by Stick Figure buddies Scott Woodruff and Johnny Cosmic, adding a familiar touch to the track. A little reverb here, a touch of electronica there... and, of course, the signature light keys of KBong. The video was directed, edited and produced by Roger Bong and released off Ineffable Music.
